Eerola farm has long traditions in tourism, the family had its
first farm holidaymakers in the 1920's. Eerola is located in Längelmäki,
surrounded by water. The Eerola holiday cottages are easy to
reach, a few kilometers from the highway. In summer Eerola
farm has 70 beds, in winter 20-30. The accommodation is in
chalets or rooms, some of them for allergic people. Eerola farm
also has caravan sites, meeting facilities, coffee and meal
services and a summer cafe. Activities: fishing, guided fishing
tours, row or motor boating, berry or mushroom picking,
cross-country skiing, slalom slopes one hour drive away,
swimming ; for children their own swimming site and a play house,
farm animals. Cultural activities in summer: art exhibitions and
concerts at a short distance. National park Isojärvi only 20
kilometers from Eerola.
